profurl 350 upper swivel

I have a 4yr old profurl an the top swivel is really stiff lifted thin washer from foil and can see the rubber cracked on the swivel part.
Has any one any ideas on what parts or how this can be stripped?

though it has a 10yr warrantee not sure if this would be covered?

As far as I know its a sealed unit, fit and forget type of thing. Your best bet is to contact the agents. Had mine 15 years never missed a beet.

Bearings are carbon steel and rubber is what keeps it waterproof. Need a new swivel, happens quite a lot with these. I expect they will send you another one without much fuss. Paying for it to be changed is another matter.
