Problems with toilet Jabsco macerator 37010

The Jabsco macerator pump has stopped pulling water in to flush away. It pumps away perfectly if you put a bucket of water in or use the flexible shower head as I have done yesterday. But why is not pulling water in ?.
Can’t seem to get a replacement pump anymore either apart from on eBay in the USA but won’t do that
Is there any where you send a Jabsco pump for a refurbishment ?.
If any one has any suggestions I would be grateful, other wise it’s a complete new toilet

Probably a tired impeller - pumps in stock at ASAP - be carefull the blade is very sharp
