Hi,

Just purchased a lovely old Princess 32 and am having problems when trying to use the gas cooker as the Pilot gas controller trips out if there is any slight dip in the voltage. Just switching on a deck light will trip the controller and switch the gas off.
Are these Pilot controllers known to be sensitive to voltage? - unfortunately I have no installation guide/user guide with it and cannot find any on the internet.
Any help most appreciated.

I think I would check just what voltage drop is occurring.........it may be more than you think, in which case the obvious thing to do first is to sort out why ( bad connection ???) and rectify.

User guide for the gas valve controller is here http://www.envinsci.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/Manual_Valve-Controller.pdf

Other user guides, eg for the alarms or the complete system can be found via this page http://www.envinsci.co.uk/envin-shop/

I suggest you contact Envin Scientific for advice
