Hi I am hoping someone can help, I have a d2 heater that has got all new parts inc glow plug , ecu, control unit and flame sensor, also has all new fuel pipe , It will run happily for two to three days and then stop and gives fault code 52 , we take it to bits and de coke it and away she goes again for two or three days , after reading a thread on here that said it may be the red diesel we get from the marina so we have tried running it on pure car diesel but 3 days later she died again does any one have a clue .ps we also have a solar charger on the battery so the voltage stays up Help:

So when you do the decoke how far are you going? a full scrape inside or just the plug and screen?
Is it really bad after 3 days?
You can try running it on parafin for a day at a time, this will clear the chamber but is not the cure for the problem.... it shouldnt coke up in that time.
You can check the amount of fuel being delivered, follow the eber instructions ( you just let it do a start up cycle into a measuring jug rather than into the heater.
If you have so many new parts can you confirm that you have the right pump?
What is the past history with the heater? why did it need all those bits?
