I have had the Raytheon RL9 radar for these last 24 years. Always worked perfectly. Lately all of a sudden it will not power up. Checked voltage, seatalk etc. all ok. When I remove the scanner plug the monitor works perfectly with all seatalk data on the display, range rings etc. but, obviously, no targets. On plugging in the scanner everything goes off. Any suggestions as to what moght be wrong? Or is it a question of getting a new scanner?
