Problem with Alfa tube 2H

Hi folks,
After 2 years faultless service I have a problem with my Alfa wifi receiver. I am getting the error message "get site survey data err" when trying to perform a site survey to find new networks. Any ideas for a potential fix much appreciated. I have also provided a screen shot of the configuration.

Thanks superheat, but I don't have a problem with the router that's working fine. It's the tube 2H long range receiver that I am having problems with.

Just giving this a bump, I know there are some network boffins out there.
