Yes, that would be interesting. Noting the 'piracy' warning about images at the beginning, perhaps they have lifted it from an Old Gaffers piece of material. It's obviously an Old Gaffers race down the Blackwater and up the Colne.

but once stuff is on youtube its pretty much in the public domaine

so I reckon the material was borrowed - bit like borrowing a dinghy to nip out to your boat - its treated with respect and put back where it came from none the worse for wear
