Good Morning All
Need a bit of advice
I have a Fairline Targa 33/35 1990 model running AD41B 200hp engines using A5 props duo props,
currently the engine is revving to just over 4000 rpm giving a speed of around 33 knots at WOT.
The advice I'm looking for is wether to change to A6 props and what this would do to performance

Any addvice or experiances would be appreciated

many thanks

ian

ToMo - It must be a great skill to impart so much knowledge in posts that are so short. I think your longest was 5 lines !!!!

Any jobs going ??

It wont last long at that rpm I can tell you, I have just sold a Bircwood ts34 with same engines props and drives etc it is a heavier boat and not so quick in the hull lines etc, A 6 is the size I have just overhauled 2 in a Targa 33, definitely need a pair of A 6 or a new pair of engines soon!, you have been warned.

Thanks to all

Well looks like a new set of props to order today, but a darn sight cheaper than a set of engines

Thanks to all that helped
