Private boat sale contract

Does anyone have a link to a useable contract (i.e. not a pdf or watermarked one)?

This is for a private sale.

RYA have one on their site, but dont know whether it has a watermark or if it is pdf, even if it is, you can copy the text and paste into word and then tweak the format to match.

Try the British Marine Federation one. It has various disclaimers useful where surveys are req'd
