What on earth happened? 3 solid days of wall to wall sunshine, hardly a breath of wind, everywhere we wanted to get into was available and in some cases F.O.C. :)

Cowes Yacht Haven Saturday night and a curry. I know, talk about taking your life into your own hands but Richard Branson is still alive - you've got to admire them, he must have been about 19 years old the photos have been there for so long :)

Popped the drone up for a few minutes on Monday whilst anchored in Priory Bay, just by the entrance to Bembridge on the East side of the Isle of Wight for those unfamiliar with the area. You can see the oil tankers at anchor just off the Nab tower in the distance.

It's nothing too fancy, literally just up in the air, a couple of circuits then back down again taking care not to overfly anyone or film other craft close up.

There was a lovely Princess S65 just astern of us no doubt sent by Princess Motor Yacht Sales just to sow the subliminal seed :) Would like to have taken some footage of her but as is clearly demonstrated on here every time I post up drone footage it isn't appreciated by the other vessel. As it is I was lucky not to get zapped out of the sky.

A few more weeks like that this year will go down a treat.

Henry :)

Looks to have been pretty perfect conditions.

The s65 is a lovely boat (as is yours). I was just admiring one on the adjacent marina a couple of hours ago.

Nice, steady bit of flying there. Thanks for posting.

As has been said pretty much perfect conditions made all the more perfect by the fact we had Ben & Jerry on board.

Henry , Saturday was unbelievably quiet , much more so than Monday , The S65 'Swirlesque' is a PS boat. I can just see my Targa in the distance on your video , nice footage.
