Princess 38

Considering moving up to a Princess 38 of 1982 vintage fitted with a pair of Mermaid 188s.

Any comments, experience, tips etc would be most welcome.
As it would spend part of it's life on rivers with a couple of locks thrown in, how are they at slow speed?
