Where is the boat used I would think that if you have a pair of 21s still running the boat has done most of it's running at reduced revs
This may mean it may be overproped to give increased steering
Sorry I don't recall what was like to be fitted it may have been about 15 x 15 though that is just a very hazy recollection

scottie its got 15x11 at the moment. river use. rather slow
