I removed the oil pressure switch the spanner briefely shorted out on the altenator terminals. ( forgot to isolate battery) Now the helm console is dead , Apart from the starter motor circuit. Is there any other fuses or circuit breakers i have missed apart from the block of 4 way fuses on the port side of the engine, And the various fuses under the helm console. Cheers for any help.

From the "Block of 4 way fuses" I'd say youve got a volvo petrol lump. That block of four ia actually one fuse. Well one input 4 outputs. Theres that one and should be another one up at the helm. Thay're the ones in the original Volvo lume. But doesn't take into account of any alterations ot additions that may have been added over the years by owners or the builder.
