SWMBO has determined that we must have a new stove and is taken with the GN Espace Levante 3 burner. Tis is nice of her seeing as I do all the cooking, afloat and ashore. Anyway, price aside, is there any reason why ybis is not a good choice - either the model or the three rings? I will mostly be cooking for two or three. I would like to be able to bake crusty bread and decent pizza from scratch, though we have just acquired a Cobb and I plan to experiment with that for those.

I have a four ring Levante. Best marine cooker I have ever used. Good rings and oven and also a really good grill that makes proper toast. Pricey, but IMHO, worth it.

I purchased this model last year. It is by far and away the best oven I am aware is available. I say oven because the rings are fine, but I guess there isnt a great deal you can do with the burners, but the oven cooks like your oven at home. The temperature control is excellent and the grill really does grill the whole grill area evenly.

I find compared with a fan assisted elctric oven, as you would expect, cooking times are a little longer and you need to get accustom to the bottom shelf being a little cooler, but a full roast comes out perfect.

Agree with positive posters above. Used a GN Espace on a friends boat on an atlantic crossing 4 years ago, and installed one on our boat this year. they are quite "big", so check you have enough room. The cooker is superb, it does bread and pizza no problem, very well insulated oven. Grill is great, and the burners seem really efficient.
