If anyone is contemplating the best way to clean their boat covers I can definitely recommend using a pressure washer.
Despite constantly "washing" mine - almost weekly, I still had areas which had ingrained dirt and the usual bird c. rap stains etc. I've used a pressure washer for the first time and they now look as good as new.
Absolutely brilliant.
Just thought you might like to know!!

I agree......if a domestic style low pressure machine of around 1200 to 1400 psi destroys the stitching, that would say to me the UV radiation has done its job, and its now time to re-stitch.
Likewise with the bird poo, a new can of proofing is cheap, considering the smell and general shabby appearance of dungy covers.

You do need to be careful, keep the lance back.
