Pressure Cookers

I have a gimballed Force 10 Sea Cooker and a pressure cooker. With a handle. the weight of the handle to one side is not ideal and so i need a replacement. Any suggestions that you folk have come across/use?

Monix are very good, ours is the perfect size for the cooker and has 2 little side handles, stainless steel construction, has served faultlessly.

Try also Fissler. They are german and have very good quality. They also have them with just two short handles.

We use an Italian one. Don't know the brand now but can find out. rather lightweight, the lid bends and is inserted into the cooker, then seals from the inside of the pot. If you need more info let me know.

We also use a Fissler, fits on our force 10 nicely. Two short handles on the side and one on the top of the lid.

Have you thought of epoxying a counterbalance wt on the other side?
