Well up till now the weather in the UK has not played ball to assist in much boat prepping for the season ahead. We did get a decent day on monday so off we went to Norfolk to prepare the Sealine S24 ready for antifoul. We like to do the prep on one day then the actual antifoul another day. Doing it this way I feel aids with doing a better job. Short video below of the prep. Her indoors got stuck in as usual

Her indoors got some free hair colouring streaks when she helped to rub down the old Antifoul on the Sealine S24 the other day..... For some reason she did not seem grateful

Please wear a mask and eye protection. I know you’re doing it wet but nasty stuff in the wrong places….like eyes and lungs 👍

Well your wife has obviously been breathing it in as its all over her head and face, Very careless .

Sorry but not possible to breath it in if it is soaking wet as it was........ Have you ever done it your self or do you just pay it done ?

my experience of modern antifouls leads me to believe there's very little in it to be of danger to any life form.

it could be called grow-more.

what you need is the warship antifoul from the dockyard but it's hard to get hold of. i haven't had any since bogey knights stopped selling it some years ago.

the yard keeps a tight watch on it these days.

Not sure she appreciates being sent too many places but this was carried out 3 days ago so I think she might have had a bath by now but cant be sure :ROFLMAO:
Seriousy. Antifouling contains toxins that can be absorbed through the skin and full PPE should be warn. Your wife's face and hair appear to be covered in it, You may wish to do further homework on the safety side.
