Not been on here in a while! In a sense of posting anway...

Looking to get my small craft ready for summer.

Ive sorted trailer bearings
Electrics
Today my new fuel hose arrived and now on the tank

Going to freshen up my outboard ( 25hp Suzuki 4 stroke)

But my query is... Best options to make sure the cooling system is free of blockages?
Also anything else I should check over aside from making sure ibhave nice fresh fuel flowing nicely into the engine?

And also oil levels of course!

Worth cleaning the spark plug(s)?
 
A good flush of the cooling system, I prefer to do that in a tank, but your engine weight, I assume you use mufflers.
Replace plug new one, check it is peeing well, change gear box oil, check all wiring for tightness, visual check for any leaks, Check battery connections and charging connections. Fresh fuel you have mentioned, old fuel use in car, Common sense really, all will be done in 1 1/2 hours, save a fortune doing it your self, do you let your carb run dry, when you have finished and moored up, if I am not using mine for a week, I run mine dry. I would be inclined to change impeller as service manual.
 
It seems to me on outboards the biggest problem is stainless steel bolts in aluninium where they corrode. I suggest that you check as many bolts as are convenient that they can be loosened. Tighten up again with grease on thread. You should run the motor at home to confirm water system is OK. I would not do any more if it seems OK. I am not convinced of the need to replace impeller if there is no problem. A said change the engine and gearbox oil. Lubricate all the tilting components throttle and gear shift cable and steerring cables.good luck with hte new season olewill

Yeah I have the mufflers to use at home.
I had run it dry in terms of fuel and flushed the cooling system before parking it up bit figured an afternoon should make sure all is good before having a launch and a play
