How well does GRP adhere to Gelshield. Would West epoxy give a better key?

Epoxy bonds to GRP or Gelshield (or just about anything) but GRP does not bond very well to epoxy.

Unless of course someone knows a way!

neither does grp 2 old grp
grp repairs r normally done with epoxy
