Anyone know what the current situation is on this?

Only I heard that they were going to start charging from 1st Feb, and wondered if my heaters and de-humid will still be working or whether I'm going to have a frozen, damp boat.

A software problem means they have not yet gone live with the new system. (correct at 12:30 today). Not sure when they now plan to go live.

You need to prepay for the electicity then they weill switch you on when it goes live. You can probably do this over the phone.

They say it was due to a software glitch, but, word has it that a number of berth holders complained because they had already paid for this years lecky in their berthing fees. Don't know how true that is.
