I'm looking for a supplier of premade foam sandwich sheets I need to replace my bathing platform and no longer have the facilities for vacuum bagging. Sheet needs to be 10ft by 4ft.

I am surprised at the lack of comment.
Here in Oz there is quite large amateur boat building industry, primarily catamarans. It is possible to buy board coated with glass fibre, I have assumed of different glass weights (with or without peel coat), and with wood veneer for internal bulkheads. I think the boards are metric sized - but based on historic 8' x 4' dimensions.
I may be wrong - but one of the distributors here was Contender Sailcloth - but that might have been a local development.
I'd suggest importers and distributors of West's system, boutique custom boat builders (like John Corby, is he still active?)

A few years ago I bought foam sheets (20mm) from a fibreglass resin company. Not sure if they were selling "sandwich" sheets. I would try contacting the Fibreglass polyester resin manufactures.
