Apparently they had to dismantle a railway bridge to get it out.
The second report is incorrect in saying it is the only new cruiser to come to the UK this year due to the recession. In April P&O will be naming their new ship Azura.

Have you seen old photographs of HMS Hood or one of the Iowas going through the Panama canal with a few inches either side? Its not new.
