Like most boat owners I often look at other boats and dream.

Unlike most I am stupid enough to have 2
I down sized my fishing boat a few years ago to a boat I thought would be towable by my sailboat and cheep to run. It’s a nice little double eagle with a Honda 50.
Truth is I don’t really use it much as I intended and it’s a bit small for some of the places I used to go fishing particularly off the west coast.

My previous boat was old ugly floated but I put a nice new motor on it and ran it for almost 20 years.
So thoughts are similar older bigger boat nice new motor.

I was contemplating 20 22 ft. With a big single.
Found a 24 with 2 NFG 150s
Replacing 2 150s exceeds my budget. I don’t like the tuning cost either. a single doable so conveerting a boat set up for 2 to a single bigger motor.
Or
Other option is 2 smaller motors. I don’t need to do 30 knots.

Would a pair or 75 or 90 push a 24 deep V walk around fishing machine. For use offshore.
Run out for an hour or so then put around all day a trolling speed.

The best idea is probably wait for a suitable 21ft

The 24 is nice.
