As the holder of a French Carte de Séjour issued under The Withdrawal Agreement, Section 5:15 is of especial interest to me.

To save me trying to find them if you already know, can you tell me where I can see Annexes 42 and 43 of that handbook?

This document has been mentioned before. It is where it is is stated that an EU passport holder (i.e. Irish say) can have their spouse travel with them and not be subject to 90/180 rules (and presumably not get passport stamps).
