powered canoe

So you'll be fitting one of those to Katie L? It would get that noisy Tohatsu out of the cockpit. Or just to the duck punt?

I think really you'd need a bit more speed for it to be worth the noise. You'd end up with something not dissimilar to a jetski.

Totally agree but I still wouldn't want one. Now perhaps with an electric motor..........

Ah well, a more expensive way to power a canoe...

A couple of years ago I was ghosting along the top of Bute in no more than a breath of wind when I was passed by a family of three in an inflatable canoe, propelled in total silence by an electric outboard. It looked rather fun.

I think the title should read "powered KAYAK"... Sorry to be so pedantic

apology accepted from Mr Picky

the other day I was accused of inaccuracy by saying, in one of my films, that the smoke from a building was from kippers being smoked

of course I was utterly wrong and apologise for my sloppy standards

any fule kno that it was herrings that were being smoked

as your soul mate pointed out - kippers are herrings that have already been smoked

I myself am disgusted at the fall in journalistic standards in free videos and free forums

someone somewhere should do something

I am going to start a petition
