Powerboats crash in sea regatta
Emergency teams have been called to a serious crash during powerboat racing at Dover Regatta.
Dover coastguard said two boats had collided during the event, and at least one person had been trapped.
Kent fire service said a man in a speedboat had been seriously injured and was being airlifted to hospital, after the incident at about 1230 BST.
Kent Fire and Rescue Service, Kent Police, Kent Air Ambulance, and Dover Harbour Board are all at the scene.
The coastguard spokesman could not give any more details.
