Power Relay Failure - Volvo Penta.

My VP D3 has a warning message “Power Relay Failure” even though the engine is running OK and there are no unusual symptoms. However I did notice the voltage this AM was low (around 12.2 volts) and the engine was a bit sluggish when starting. Is there anyone who might give me an indication what to look for ?

With a large engine like this you are more likely to find help if you posted on the Motor Boat Forum , but you will need to be more specific in describing your engine.

At 12.2 volts your battery is only about half charged, or knackered. Dont expect it to start your engine many more times
