Amulet
Well-Known Member
I have a wee boat and no crew. I'm a cautious pottering sailor .
Amulet is a 50 year old wooden boat 26 feet long. She has been carefully looked after. I sail her out of Dunstaffnage. Ill health prevents my favourite crew (wife) sailing with me any more.
I am a 65 year old geezer and have been sailing modestly for most of my life. I am fit and well.
I'm interested in cruising not racing. I'd be delighted to find some local crew who'd be available for routine pottering. In the first instance a few day sails to see if it suits would be best. Cruising the Western Isles would hopefully be a possibility.
Amulet is small but surprisingly sorted for her size. She has standing headroom below (for the not so tall). She has a decent heads, a fridge and a sensible galley with an oven. She is for those who like classic boats not hi tech, however she does have a recent suit of high quality sails.
