Potential for Osmosis problems

Looking at buying a yacht (1980) that has sat in a marina for 9 years, Is this wise or am I looking at potential osmosis issues. As far as I know the boat was lifted last year jet washed and anti fouled but its the potential damage of the previous years that concern me, any comments or advice much appreciated.
