I need to send a letter for a forum member in the UK ( about something boaty)

My daughter will be passing through Heathrow in transit to Seattle on Friday.

Does anyone know of a post office air side at Hearhrow that she could post a letter to a UK address.

She is flying BA Jhb to LHR, Don't if the onward flight is also BA.

Thks Angus / John

I did see that it seems on in terminal 3 and only in the public side not the air side.

Will post from SA just hoping I could get things to you quicker.

Although I have not been there for a while, it appears that the post office is terminal 3 only non-airside, but post boxes and stamp machines are airside in all terminals, so ok for a letter.

Strewth, Roger! You have incredible influence wherever you are! Our postal workers are rioting vowelently down here; rocks on the roads and all!

rocks on the roads and all!

More like rocks in their head I think.

I have been waiting 3 months I have ordered and My boat registration renewal is lost in the post and SAMSA say I cannot use my boat if I don't renew fat chance they have of stopping me.

When are you doing to be in Durban next I'll buy you a beer or 3 next time we meet.

there is a post box in T5 airside (more than one in fact) but they are very narrow slots so will not take anything much thicker than a letter. No post office though. I imagine that WH Smiths sell stamps though

Thks daughter posted letter in T5 Friday morning. Stamps seem to come in a pact of 6 so have 5 left for next time whenever that will be.
