Postcards.org are a genuine organisation but if you receive an e-mail purporting to be from them be very careful. Someone has hijacked their name and is sending messages containing a virus.
The genuine organisation website has this warning http://www.postcards.org/postcards/special/spam.html but I have found another variation. The e mail sent to me contained a web address, and an invitation to go there to see a card "sent by a family member". The address was probably intended to be a link, but had been input incorrectly, however it was clear from the .exe suffix that if I had gone there I would have downloaded an executable file.
