Postcard from Poole

Just received a postcard from Poole with Brownsea in the background. In the fore ground two yachts under sail, Westerley Centaur Sail no.540 and MacWester possibly a rowan no.142 called Kena. If you are on the forum and wish a copy let me know.

There are still postcards and even laminated place mats on sale with my then Liz 30 on the slip at Lymington for a scrub and paint, with my backside to the camera bent over looking on board and wearing my oldest antifouling clothes. Foreground yes but not pretty!

SWMBO by contrast is on postcards of St Peter Port marina, right there dead centre in her bikini looking drop dead gorgeous. We even had one young girl bring one to us and ask if it was our boat, she had just bought the postcard and saw we were almost in the same place, albeit 12 years later. SWMBO is still drop dead gorgeous but the boat was replaced 8 years ago with another racy lady!
