Port to Port Distances

Is there a program or site that can give you a quick guide to distances by sea from one port to another ?

I have several pieces of specialist software that does this. They are quite expensive as used commercially in the shipping industry.

Is there anything specific you need?

For rough calcs you can use the ruler function on Google Earth. You can change the units to Nautical miles and plot a path including turns around headlands etc.
