Port Haliguen - Quiberon.

Was there a few weeks ago. Very busy, booking probably prudent for visitors berth. Marina office staff speak very good English.

Still some construction work on shore. Car parking nightmare.

Enjoyed my brief stay.

There 4 days ago. No probs berthing midweek, though I suspect many berth holders head for the islands at weekends anyway. Big artificial lagoon next to Capitainerie still being pumped full of dredgings and some work continuing around the Bassin a flot. Free bikes for an hour which is useful for provisioning and office very helpful with printing stuff etc.
PH is not necessarily a place do go for the scenery but Quiberon is a nice town with good facilities and a good start/ finish for Passage Teignouse.

5 minutes, but my mixed shower is on the boat. Hoping to get your camera back?;)

I managed to get it down to two hours.......;)

One of our crew did leave his mobile phone there and was suitably teased. Didn't worry him as someone kindly handed it in to the Marina office so he got it and his life back!

Arrived yesterday afternoon. Marine works, new potoons and gated sill to Vieux Port are all complete. Still some messy construction works on the quaysides.
Couldn't get a reply on vhf ch09 so just wandered in and looked lost till the harbour launch found us and directed us to a berth. There seems to be a rafting potoon for visitors just to the left as you come in but there is a big rally on there and we have a nice finger berth for two nights.
27 euros per night for 11.9m boat.
Pontoon layout in Reeds is now completely out of date.
