POR 15-Keel Rust Treatment.

After using this for many years on VW 's i can confirm it works well, best applied on rusty or very rough surfaces. it does dry rock hard but not brittle like hammerite, you can hit it with a hammer and it won't chip.
I painted the keel 18months ago but not been out of the water yet, but swiming under back end of last summer and all looked ok.
