She put on her FB page that she was going to try and move the boat to Brighton between 15-20th June.

I doubt it, not after the slagging off She got last time! :(

TBH I didn't follow the previous thread very closely. I got the impression that she was just trying to blag her way through. A few got suckered in, the majority saw through it fairly quickly.
It all looked like a somewhat cynical attempt to get something for nothing.

"How DARE a mere Billy Goat like you talk like that? YOU GET OFF MY BRIDGE THIS INSTANT!"

...someone will be along to say in a moment.

She's obviously binned you off her email update list.

I could tell you what she's up too but I don't like to encourage stalkers

Given that the donations were forthcoming in return for 'medja' exposure and advertising, moving from a blog to email updates seems a counter productive technique.

It was a fairly straightforward to get some commercial advantage from a bit of publicity. There's nothing wrong with that - Ranulph Fiennes has been doing it for years, but I think it might have been better presented more straightforwardly. I wonder if she has got Brighton Marina to relax their ban on liveaboards? Still no callsign registered on the ITU database, I note.
