Pontoon fenders, any good ?

I discovered these pontoon fenders that are designed specifically for pontoon-type jetties. NA market only >>>>

The curvature of the fender alignes with the shape of the float and platform.

The new box of my boat also has a pontoon pier, and am looking for appropriate fenders or bumpers to be attached to the pier permanently.
Fixed fenders/bumpers will scratch the gelcoat, loose sausage style fenders won't fit very well, best solution so far seem big ball-shape fenders.

Any comments on this special pontoon version?

The description refers to them as being suitable for pontoon boats as opposed to pontoons. I can't see that it would work on a finger pontoon if that is what you want because of the lower half of the profile. Most pontoon have regularly spaced floats.
 

They aren't designed for pontoon jetties, they're designed for pontoon boats:
