Saw this in a chandlery. A wipe on product to bring back gloss on gelcoat and metal.

Any idea what it is, and does it work ?

Many thanks in advance.

sounds like 'Poliglow' over here. most everybody that has used it likes it, takes several coats to build up surface to a shine, lasts all year or more, removable with a amonia base cleaner, surfaces should be clean and dry, product comes with own cleaner, if not, clean well, as poly will seal up the dirt. just wipe on with clean lint free rag, allow to dry and reapply to get gloss wanted. can take 5/6 coats on hull depending on surface. won't bring all the color back, but will look much better and colors will be deeper.

Polytrol is a cheap fix that looks great at first but has poor durability. You would end up having to scrape it all off and replace it every couple of seasons, and scrapin it off is a really vile job.
