polycarbonate mirrors in vanity unit

I have two slide vanity mirrors in my heads which have deteriorated and I would like to replace them. I have serach these forums looking for a local supplier (Essex, Southend/Burnham), but without success.

I would be very grateful if anyone could suggest someone who can cut them from the template of the original
