I keep getting a pop up saying I have a new PM. It is old and I have marked it read. I have replied to it. I have tried so many times to delete it. It will not go away. Every time i click on to anything to do with YBW up pops the message-saying i have a new message. When it is still the same old message. HELP

I have followed the instruction to the ecaxt letter in order to remove the message... But it will not go away.

Can some one preferably in ADMIN PLEASE remive it and then tell me how you did it?

A BIG THANK YOU.....It has gone. The pop-up no longer pop's up. The message has gone.

Now, what I would like to know is this ; was it a fault with the system or was it me?

How did it happen did it happen to ony one else out there. Please let me know.
