Interested in getting some sea miles in a 40ft cat? We leave Plymouth for N.Spain around 15 Aug, heading for the start of the ARC, and could use some extra crew.

Anyone who jumps to la Coruna needs their head examining.

It's dirty, overcrowded and expensive, the marina pontoons should be condemned under EU H&S Regs.

Far better to make for Viviero - better finger pontoons and you might actually be able to berth a cat, you haven't a hope in La Coruna (I was there 3 weeks ago).

Good luck in finding crew - I find it more rewarding and far simpler to sail single-handed.

Forget la Coruna.
