I was suprised that you had no replies to this post..There is a B-K at Wicor marine that I admire. spoke with the owner once and he appeared to be well pleased with his boat and if I remember was a long term owner.

These boats are very typical of their era. Similar, are the Neptunian,, Haberdier (Moody)... Claymore (Sloop) etc.

Dont dis the wheelhouse!!!. OK on a glorious day it may be not what you want but on the other 364 days its fantastic, I have a Halberdier and with its half wheelhouse I can sail most days in shore going gear, you arrive at your destination in good shape and dont suffer fron the exposure comon on small boats on longish passages. Additionally it adds to a small boat what a consevatory adds to a house... somewhere to sit out of the wind but in the light and sun.

Consider a Halberdier as well. I love mine, there are a few around. Prices start at 36K and go up to silly prices that no one pays (80-90k). A well equiped one for I guess 45k upwards.

I run the HOG (Halberdiers Owners Group) with members worldwide!!

I don't think JJ ever responds to requests for opinions on a specific yacht, on this forum. Like most of us, he probably regards here as somewhere to get away from work!
