Please Help

I want to get a boat totally in my ownership. I have the bill of sale. What more do I need. I'm British, living abroad, have an address in UK I can use for SSR. My question is......part three of ssr doesnt prove title. I want title proven. This is very important.

I suggest that you do a search on this forum and the liveaboard forum for "SSR" and then one for "part 1 registration".

Part 1 reg' cert' seems only to support the bill of sale.

Your name and address showing 64 shares may be on page 2 but the first point under "Important Information" states......

"A Certificate of Registry is not proof of ownership".

I believe (as in my case) you need the Bill of Sale and the Certificate of registry.
