I was out in the solent on Tuesday when the centreplate bolt sheered off (yes, I DID plan to replace it, but never did) - leaving the centreplate swaying about under the boat. The only safe thing I could do was to cut it off and dump it on the seabed.
So, I have no template from which to work, and wondered if anyone has access to Finesse 24 plans or measurements, or may even have access to their own centreplate, or any ideas where I might be able to get assistance with the problem.
I'm guessing that, once cut out, it should just be a matter of lifting the boat, sliding it in from below and bolting in place..
ANY ideas or thoughts most welcomed!
Regards,
Tim
