Hello all, this is my first post on this forum & already I'm asking for help, and for that I apologise . I am in the process of buying a dinghy which is sound and in good condition, the problem I have is the class. I can't find the sail logo anywhere on the net and I need to know what it is to negotiate a space at my sailing club. The shape of the logo is a red square stood on a corner (sort of diamond shaped) with the numbers 375 across the middle. I've made a rough representation of it in 'Paint' which I will try to attach.
If anyone can shed any light on this I would be most grateful.
Thanks in advance.

Alan_d: Thank you for the link, a very interesting site but as you say, nothing like my sketch. I have made a slightly better version using Autocad which I have attached. I'm picking up the boat this afternoon so I might try to post some photos later, just out of curiosity to see if anyone recognises it.

Never heard of it!
It is probably not a 'class' in any useful sense, i.e. no class association affiliated to the RYA, no class rules, no recognised Portsmouth yardstick, and more practically, not on any insurance broker's list.
It may be a fine little boat all the same.

It is probably something a minor boat builder promoted but did not sell in the hundreds.
Any builder's plate or mark?
I would ask on either the CVDRA or Yots and Yotting forum.

Also, there is the possibility that the sails and logo do not 'belong' with the hull.
So it might be worth posting some photo's with hull length.

Be aware that non-class dinghies do not tend to hold their value terribly well, so you should expect to get a bargain IMHO.

Thank you all for your replies. I have measured it and will take the dimensions to the sailing club tomorrow. The length is 3.75m so hence the sail logo.
The sail bag has the makers name on it, which is 'Terhi 375' and a sail number of 2095, so a few were made. A bit of digging on the web turned up several pictures of these boats being sailed, rowed and motored. The maker, Tehri, is from Finland so there may be a few more over there. If anyone has any experience of this manufacturer I would be very pleased to hear from them.
I took some quick photos in the drive before it got dark and will attach them here.
Thanks again for your interest and replies.
