plastimo inspection hatch

Hello.

I need to find a replacement cover for a plastimo inspection hatch. I knackered it when trying to undo.

Looks like this:

external diameter is 140mm
threaded part diameter is 100

I can't find the same design for sale anywhere. 'Can anyone help please?

Stuart, first off resize the pic's they are huge!

If it were mine I would repair.....get yourself along to your nearest pvc window/door manufacturer and ask them if you could rummage around it the offcuts skip! find a piece of door threshold or simmilar and cut yourself a section out (piece of the plastic facing which will be 1.5 to 2.0 mm thick) cut and trim to size of the triangular recess....epoxy into place and hey presto jobs a good un!

Still a current item in their catalogue Part no 195380. Should be able to order from any chandler dealing with Plastimo.
