Plastic window (canopies) replacement Wales?

Can anyone recomend a company that can replace the milky brittle plastic windows in my canvas covers please?

South Wales/Bristol area ideal as I can deliver and collect myself.

I've used Hotwells Canvas in Bristol before and always had good results

Do Hotwells Canvas do seats? Where are they (Hotwells?) I have seen one of their leaflets but would like to call in and see them. Boat not a million miles away from Hotwells.
