It's my habit, when walking on a beach, to carry a bag and pick up plastic waste. Today I walked from Walton Backwaters, Stone Point to the Naze and found negligable amount of litter. I did meet a guy who claimed that he cleaned that beach six days a week, 52 weeks a year.voluntarily. That's dedication!
Good on him.

There are signs that "community spirit" is returning in many areas. For some reason we handed it all over to the local councils then sat back and moaned. Well done Dan . I have decided that I well go round and clean all the local road name signs .
