You need to get the mouth of the snuffer sorted .. Ours is made of GRP .. Larger than largest diameter of chute when held gently together . Not round but a large oval .. If it sticks you will have problems .. Bought ours ready made from Dolphin Sails . Alot of work .. Nice bit of kit .. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

check out www.sailrite.com. They make kits and patterns for all kinds of boaty things. Pretty sure I've seen a snuffer pattern in their catalogue.
