Ideas needed and any advice is welcome. We're planning a trip to Ibiza this summer, 2nd season in the med.

Tips, advice, suggestions are all welcome? Current plan Cala D'or, Portals, Andratx then over to northern Ibiza. After that Ibiza somewhere and formentera, hence the request for ideas. 7 -14days in total.

Hi did Ibiza last year, twice with different friends. If you are coming from north, either go to Portinax, and moor in a very safe bay or Santa Eulalia in marina. We really enjoyed Portinax, stayed 2 nights o will depend on fuel and water levels, but either way it is a must. Santa Eulalia is an upmarket location with plenty of bars and restaurants on the marina but also plenty more in the town. We also moored overnight in a bay just south, but were constantly annoyed by the ferries coming and going.
Ibiza town is amazing, so much to see and do, plus so much wealth and mega yachts, loved it. Then onto to Formentera, which is very expensive to moor overnight, plus not a lot to see. Beautiful bays just outside where mega boats moor up.
Onto San Antonio, party capital and great to see sun going down. Marina is excellent, very friendly and clubhouse is good.
Some fabulous bays where you can overnight around here, and some brilliant restaurants and trendy bars if that is what you want.
In summary we just loved Ibiza, and will return. Absolutely no problem getting berths in June and September when we went, and no need to book ahead, we just turn up, plus we though costs were reasonable, approx 100 euros for 15 metre berth, except Formentera !!!
Planning to be back again this time en route to Mallorca from Torrevieja.
Enjoy and if you want more info, just ask,
Rgds, Roger

I would also agree with the previous post we also did San Miguel which is close to Portinatix and there is also a great anchorage just outside San Antonio Bay to the right as if you were heading back to the mainland.
It has a restaurant and Bar and people seem to come from everywhere and the sunset was also great as much quieter than viewing from further in the bay.
The North coast is also the best coastline IMHO of all the islands.
Again if you need more info just ask.
